Keystone speaker City-Council Member Zach Adamson will be speaking about our city's infrastructure. In addition to running a small business, in 2002 Zach joined the board of directors for his neighborhood association Holy Cross-Westminster and the Near Eastside Community Organization (NESCO). In 2005, Holy Cross-Westminster divided and Zach founded the Willard Park of Holy Cross-Westminster Civic Alliance and for the next 6 years served as its president and chief advocate. In early 2009, Zach became the Vice President for NESCO. Working in both the business sector and in community development has given Zach a unique perspective into a large range of issues facing our fellow citizens from Beech Grove to Castleton, Speedway to Lawrence and every community in between.

Zach lives in the historic Willard Park neighborhood on the near east side of Indianapolis near downtown. He is an active member of Life Journey Church near 56th Street and Keystone. In his spare time, he volunteers for several civic associations and enjoys playing with the family dogs.

"Indianapolis is a great city and the people living here are good, caring and deserving of a city government that works for them. It is my goal to work to tirelessly to be engaged in both community development and economic development. Our issues are bigger than any one citizen, councillor, political party or government office can deal with effectively on their own. I look forward to serving the people of Marion County and working together for a better Indianapolis."
